Orders, claims & returns

Orders will not be dispatched until payment has been received in full and Paris Hairdressing is satisfied with the integrity of the order. Paris Hairdressing is not responsible for any loss or damage caused by late delivery or cancellation of an order or product. paris hairdressing may accept (in whole or part) or decline any order.

Returns

Paris Hairdressing reserves the right to replace faulty goods depending on the nature of the fault. Any fault caused due to poor handling or incorrect use of the product will not be accepted into the replacement of the goods. All returns must be authorised by paris hairdressing and will incur a 15% handling charge prior to the product being returned. Any product that has been opened, used, or damaged in any way will not be accepted for return by Paris Hairdressing.

Delivery

Paris Hairdressing will make every effort to ensure our products are delivered as soon as possible. It is the responsibility of the subscriber to inform Paris Hairdressing if an order does not arrive. Once we have learnt that an order has not arrived by its due date, we will make all efforts to locate the lost order. If we are unable to locate the lost order we will resend the existing order depending on the nature of the orders disappearance.
